Low temperature skin contact; gentle pressing.
CONSERVATION
4 to 6 years but will drink well soon after bottling.
CONSERVATION
To be drunk within 2 years; serve between 8 and 10°. The wine can, however, take on an enticing spiciness with age.
COLOUR
Brilliant pale gold colour.
BOUQUET
Flowers and fruits (pears, apricot, peach, etc…)
PALATE
Finely balanced texture blending freshness and fleshiness; exceedingly long aftertaste.
FOOD PAIRING
Ideal accompaniment to fish and sweetmeats; older vintages will enhance more exotic dishes such as duck in orange sauce.
